THE VAMPIRE MUST HAVE EYE CONTACT WITH THE TARGET ANIMAL DURING ANY "DISCUSSIONS", AND IF THIS CONTACT IS BROKEN, THE VAMPIRE MUST REESTABLISH IT TO CONTINUE. THE VAMPIRE MUST ACTUALLY SING IN THE VOICE OF THE ANIMALS TO BE SUMMONED. ANIMALS SUMMONED IN THIS WAY ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO HEED THE CHARACTER'S COMMANDS UNLESS ANOTHER POWER OF THIS TYPE IS EMPLOYED. BECAUSE THE ANIMAL'S OWN CONSCIOUSNESS IS STILL PRESENT, IT'S NATURE MAY OFTEN CONFLICT WITH THE DESIRES OF THE VAMPIRE POSSESSING IT. FOR EXAMPLE, A CHARACTER POSSESSING A RAT MAY HAVE DIFFICULTY PASSING UP A PIECE OF CHEESE OR SOMEONE IN THE BODY OF A CAT MAY HAVE THE INSTINCT TO STOP AND "CLEAN THEMSELVES" FREQUENTLY. IN SITUATIONS WHERE THIS MAY CONFLICT WITH THE CHARACTER'S OBJECTIVES, THE PLAYER MUST MAKE A SUCCESSFUL WILLPOWER ROLL, USING THE AVERAGE OF THEIR OWN RATING AND THE INHABITED ANIMAL'S, WITH A TARGET NUMBER OF 8. THE CHARACTER MAY ABSORB MULTIPLE ANIMALS IN THIS FASHION AS LONG AS THE ANIMALS TOTAL BODY RATINGS DO NOT EXCEED HER OWN. HENCE, A CHARACTER WITH AN 8 BODY RATING COULD ABSORB EITHER 4 FOXES OR 8 BATS INTO HER AND CARRY THEM AROUND. IF THE ANIMAL'S BODY RATING IS GREATER THAN THE CHARACTER'S, SUCH AS A BEAR OR A HORSE, THEN SHE MAY INSTEAD MELD INTO IT AND TRAVEL AROUND WITH IT AS IT MOVES.
